Return and Refund Policy

Please make sure that you read and understand our returns and refund policy before making a purchase at www.soltbyalisha.com

ONCE AN ORDER IS CONFIRMED, WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS.

If you happen to RECEIVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM, you may request a return or exchange under the following guidelines:

  1. Required Unboxing Video: Customers are requested to record an unboxing video of the package upon receipt, regardless of its condition. Send the video along with product images via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order. The email should be sent to team@soltbyalisha.com  with the subject "Return/Refund Request." Requests made beyond 48 hours of receiving the item will not be considered, and no exceptions will be made.
  2. Return Procedure: Customers must return the unused product to our office (contact team@soltbyalisha.com for the return address) or request a return pickup, subject to serviceability in their area. The product must be returned in the original packaging and securely packed in a durable box to avoid any transit damage.


Cancellation Policy:

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please email team@soltbyalisha.com  with your order number within the stipulated time.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms:

  1. The package must not be opened before payment is made at delivery.

  2. If the package is open upon delivery, do not accept it, and follow the return guidelines mentioned above.

  3. COD orders cannot be paid for using credit or debit cards.

  4. If a COD order is refused without opening the package, a return shipping fee of Rs. 150 will be charged.
