- We provide free shipping on all orders above ₹2000 within India. (For orders below ₹2000, a nominal delivery fee applies.)
- Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on the location.
- If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you at the earliest.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in serviceable pin codes. If your area is not eligible, online payment will be required.
- For COD orders, the package cannot be opened before completing the payment at the time of delivery.
- If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and follow the steps outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Payments for COD orders must be made in cash only. Credit/Debit cards are not accepted for COD transactions.
- If a COD order is refused upon delivery (without opening the package), a return shipping charge of ₹150 will be applicable.
